Absolutely! You can have up to 2 small pets in your apartment – dogs and/or cats up to 50 pounds are welcome.
Akitas, Airedale Terrier, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull/Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bouvier des Flandres, Briard, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, and Rottweiler.

$250 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and $25/Pet/Month Pet Rent for One or Two Pets

At 55 Resort provides an all-inclusive lifestyle. Your rent will encompass your apartment home, and all utilities, including cable/Wi-Fi in addition to a dining program where a portion of your rent will be allocated to dining in the 55 Resort restaurant and bar.
A community fee is a one-time fee that covers the lifetime maintenance of your apartment home and covers the use of all the amenities in the community.
