55 Resort provides an *all-inclusive lifestyle. Your rent will encompass your apartment home, valet trash, and all utilities, including cable/Wi-Fi in addition to a *dining program where a portion of your rent will be allocated to dining in the 55 Resort restaurant and bar.

The second person fee is $750 per month and includes $500 in monthly dining credits for your second household member. This fee ensures both residents enjoy full access to our all-inclusive amenities, events, and worry-free lifestyle.
A community fee is a one-time fee that helps prepare your apartment for move-in and supports the overall community experience. It is not an HOA fee and does not recur monthly. Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center

Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center rescues and rehabilitates native wildlife that has been injured, displaced, and orphaned in Scottsdale, Arizona. Once rehabilitated, they are returned to the wild. Sanctuary is provided to animals that cannot be released back to the wild.
